FIATA Bills of Lading and Documents
FIATA Bill of Lading and commercial documents presented by FIATA, the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations, are the documents that set out the rights and responsibilities of the freight forwarders during the forwarding activities.
UTIKAD, the representative of FIATA in Turkey, is authorized to carry out the printing and distribution of the commercial documents and forms of FIATA within the boundaries of Turkey. UTIKAD has the right to take legal action against unauthorized printing and distribution of these documents.
FIATA Documents, which are available to UTIKAD Members and also recognized by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC):
- FBL (Negotiable FIATA Multimodal Transport Bill of Lading)
- FCR (Forwarders Certificate of Receipt)
- FWB (Non-negotiable FIATA Multimodal Transport Waybill)
- eFBL (Electronic FIATA Multimodal Bill of Lading)
Both FIATA documents are offered to the members in insured and uninsured forms.
Non-negotiable Airway Bill
UTIKAD carries out the printing and distribution of non-negotiable airway bills used in air cargo transport.
